Franchi is introducing their new 3 ½ inch 12-gauge Intensity at the 2013 NRA Convention. You have the bird-busting power of shooting a 3-½ inch shell with the feel of smaller gauge gun.  This smoother shot with less recoil, is possible because of the versatile Inertia Driven system that uses a recoil spring that encircles the magazine tube located forward of the receiver.  This keeps recoil in line with the shooter and helps reduce muzzle flip.
